Standard Gas Spring Sizes

Camloc gas springs are available in 4 standard rod and tube combinations.

The first number indicates the rod diameter in millimetres.

The second number indicates the tube outside diameter, again in millimetres.

The table below illustrates the force range of the standard spring sizes and the approximate lifting capability per pair of springs

As an indication our standard range of gas springs can be manufactured in the following range of sizes, however as part of our bespoke offering we have the ability to manufacture springs outside of our standard range, with different dimensions and handling characteristics, for example we can manufacture springs with a stroke in excess of 1 metre if required.
