As part of the changes we have incorporated an Ask The Expert section, allowing you to direct specific queries straight to our team of trusted designers and engineers. You can download our Gas Spring Sizing and Gas Spring Application Enquiry Forms from the text to the left of Ask The Expert, complete the information relevant to your enquiry and then submit your form within Ask The Expert.
Once your enquiry is received, a member of the team will come back to you as soon as possible to work through the best solution to your motion control query.
The user journey and content has also been refreshed throughout the Help Centre, with a more concise navigational menu calling itself home to a range of hints, tips and tricks. These include how to get started, covering the basics of gas springs and terminology, as well as information on how to select the right product, customisation options and a series of handy ‘How To’ videos under Show Me How.
