VARI-LIFT®
VARI-LIFT® is an adjustable force gas spring that can be set to meet individual preferences. It can also be adjusted whilst in position on the application, saving you both time and effort.
All Swift & Sure, Econoloc, Stop & Stay and stainless steel gas springs are available in a VARI-LIFT® version which can be adjusted to meet individual preferences as well as being adjusted in-situ saving both time and effort.
The gas springs are charged to their maximum force during manufacture. By using the tool provided, gas can be gradually released via the VARI-LIFT® valve at the end of the tube to provide the force suited to your application.
VARI-LIFT® gas springs can be used during product prototyping to attain the required force for fixed force production gas springs. VARI-LIFT® gas springs can also be used where the weight of your products vary between models. These can be degassed to provide the perfect action for your customer's needs.

A single spring can be purchased for a whole range of application variations instead of purchasing a whole range of fixed force gas springs. VARI-LIFT® gas springs are useful during prototyping as it is difficult to work out what frictional forces will affect an application. VARI-LIFT® valves are available on a wide variety of our gas springs.

VARI-LIFT® gas springs are ideal for prototyping. Once they have been degassed on your application to find that perfect action, just return the gas springs to our factory where we will force test them and record the force so when you come to order fixed force gas springs we will have a record of the force you require.
